I understand that this application is for admission only for the term indicated. I agree that I am bound by the University’s regulations concerning application deadlines and admission requirements. I agree to the release of any transcripts and test scores to this institution, including any SAT, Achievement Test, and ACT score reports. I certify that this information is complete and accurate. I understand that making false or fraudulent statements within this application or residency statement will result in disciplinary action, denial of admission and invalidation of credit or degrees earned. If admitted, I agree to abide by the policies of the Board of Regents and the rules and regulations of the University. I have read the University Student Handbook, Statement of Faith and Honor Coe of Conduct and I am in full agreement. Should any information change prior to my entry into the University, I will notify the Office of Admissions. I understand that the application fee I submit with this application is a non-refundable fee.

Accrediting Commission International is an international accrediting commission which holds as its primary objective the encouragement and maintenance of sound scholarship and the highest academic achievement in the areas of private education. Quality education is the goal at all times. Its purpose is the preparation of quality education in private schools, colleges, and theological seminaries. Legacy College of Ministry has received a Letter of Exemption from Certification issued by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education to offer church-related training courses and degrees. Legacy College of Ministry (LCM) is authorized by the Commission for Independent Education to operate under Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes pursuant to religious institutions.
